Yaar Win support operates on the following schedule:

• Automated in-app chat: 24/7, every day of the year, instant answers for common questions about account balance, game rules, deposit status, and bonus eligibility.
• Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, real people ready to resolve complex issues including KYC verification, failed UPI payments, and withdrawal delays.

Messages received outside live-agent hours are queued and addressed from 9:00 AM IST the following morning. During peak evening hours, wait times may be slightly longer, but we aim to clear every ticket the same day.
