Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using yaarwinplay.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Site. If you do not meet these requirements, you must immediately discontinue access.
Permitted use

Account responsibilities
Where the Site requires account registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify Yaar Win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach. Yaar Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or are found to be operating in bad faith, without obligation to provide a refund or prior notice.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Yaar Win or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and all other applicable intellectual property laws. The Yaar Win name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Yaar Win. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Limited licence
Yaar Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to download or copy content for commercial purposes, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, use data-mining tools or automated scripts, or frame or mirror any part of the Site without express prior written consent from Yaar Win.
User-submitted content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant Yaar Win a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant this licence, and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
Limitation of liability

Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yaar Win, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Indian consumer protection law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to Yaar Win in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Yaar Win exercises no control over such external sites or services and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
